We aim to dispatch orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through emperorcards.co.uk.
2. Dispatch Times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, product launches, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer. Where significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
3. Delivery Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada and Australia. We may add or remove destinations without notice.
4. Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped using carefully selected postal and courier services including Royal Mail, DHL and other reputable carriers where appropriate. The delivery service used will depend on the destination, order value, weight and dimensions.
5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs authorities, adverse weather, industrial action, carrier disruption or other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
6. Tracking
Where a tracked service is selected or included, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries where a signature is required.
7. Packaging
We take care to package all orders appropriately to help protect products during transit. Higher-value items may receive enhanced protective packaging or additional insurance at our discretion.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We may need to allow the delivery carrier's investigation period to conclude before issuing a replacement or refund. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as reasonably possible.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging where possible and contact us promptly with photographs of the parcel and contents. This assists us in investigating claims with the delivery carrier.
10. International Orders & Customs
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes or similar charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices unless expressly stated. Failure to pay import charges may result in delays, returned parcels or disposal by customs authorities.
11. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Emperor Cards is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
12. Delivery Completion
Delivery will normally be considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided, collected by the recipient, or otherwise confirmed as delivered by the carrier in accordance with its procedures.
