Emperor Cards Ltd – Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, replacements and refunds. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Change of Mind

If you purchase as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received and, where applicable, in their original sealed packaging. Certain products are exempt from cancellation rights, including personalised items and sealed products once unsealed where applicable under law.

3. Trading Card Singles

All singles are inspected before dispatch. If you believe the condition materially differs from the description, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs before authorising a return. Returned cards will be inspected upon receipt. Where we agree the card was materially misdescribed, we will issue an appropriate refund. Cards returned in a different condition than supplied may receive a reduced refund or be rejected.

4. Graded Cards

Returns are not accepted solely because you disagree with the opinion of the grading company. If a graded card has been incorrectly described or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

5. Sealed Products

Sealed products may be returned only if unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition unless faulty or otherwise required by law. Opened booster packs, boxes or other sealed products cannot normally be returned simply because the contents were not as expected.

6. Accessories, Merchandise & Other Products

Unused products may be returned in their original packaging within the applicable cancellation period. Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours for transit damage. We may request photographs and additional information to help resolve the issue quickly. Where appropriate, we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

8. Return Process

Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked postal service for higher-value returns.

9. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refundable only where required by law or where the return results from our error.

10. International Orders

Customers outside the UK remain responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other local charges. These charges are generally non-refundable by Emperor Cards.
